Makes 5 to 6 servings
1 cup chopped mangoes
1/2 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup grapes
1 cup torn lettuce
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
To Be Mixed Together For Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 tsp chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients and lightly toss. Keep in fridge.
- While serving pour dressing over the salad. Mix lightly and serve fresh.
- Garnish it with puris and serve with curd.
