Mango lassi is a nice variation to the popular and traditional yogurt-based drink (sweet or salted) which originated in the punjab region of the indian subcontinent. It is made by blending yoghurt with fresh mango pulp and sugar to prepare a sweet creamy lip smacking mango lassi.

3 mangoes , chopped
1 cup curds (dahi)
3 tsp sugar
crushed ice as required

- Method
- Whisk the curds along with the water until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk again till smooth or blend using a hand blender till smooth.
- Serve chilled with crushed ice.
