2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (khumbh)
1 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup green olives
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 cup greek dressing or italian dressing
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Method
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours to blend flavors.
