250grm green peas,300grm maida, 1spoonadrak harimirchpaste,15grm dalchinipowder,1spoon besan, greencoriander.oil for frying.
Method
- First u blanch greenpeas alongsalt.
- Let it be cooland mash it. then uputlittle oil in pan add asrakharimich nd matarpaste.then ufry put one spoon besan nd saute itfor a while add coriander and salt to taste. now make dough of maida. make 12 portions roll it nd put 1spoon of masalo as u din masala puri. heat oil nd fry dark brown. serve with aalu sabji or with green chatni.
