Meethi Chutney recipe - How to make Meethi Chutney

Makes 2 to 5 servings
1 tbsp dried mango powder (amchur)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
For Garnishing
1 tsp pomegranate (anar)
1/2 tsp raisins (kismis) (soaked)
Method
- Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small pan and add 1/4 cup water, mix well and cook on a slow flame till the mixture boils for 5 minutes.
- Remove form the flame, cool and garnish with pomegranate and raisins.
- Cool and serve.
