It is a fusion of Mexican taste with Indian taste.Chat is very famous and popular amongst all of us, here is different kind of chat with Mexican taste and is made with the combination of sweet corn kernels, balch and pink beand, capsicum and tomato.

Ingredients


For The Stuffing
6 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups boiled and crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped capsicum
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
6-7 tsp boiled black and pink beans
1 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania) leaves

Other Ingredients
24 water puri ka
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup teekha mint chutney

For The Garnish
1/4 cup sev , readily available
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tsp chaat masala

For The Garnishing
few chopped coriander (dhania) leaves or mint leaves (phudina)

Method
    Method
  1. Heat oil in non stick pan; add capsicum, sauté for a minute
  2. Add tomato, stir till tomato becomes soft.
  3. Add corn, black and pink beans, tomato ketchup, salt, chili powder and coriander leaves, mix well stir for a minute.
  4. Switch off the gas.
  5. Now add crushed oregano, mix well.
  6. Transfer to bowl and cool to room temperature.

How to proceed

    How to proceed
  1. Fill the stuffing (1 to 1 ½ tsp) in puri, dot with 1-2 drops of tomato ketchup; pour 2-3 drops of teekha chutney.
  2. Sprinkle sev, chaat masala and pomegranate seeds
  3. Serve garnished with coriander leaves or mint leaves.
