1 - 15 oz. can black olives, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tomato , chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun), crushed
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate for several hours
- Before serving with tortilla chips.
