Milk Vermicelli is a creative kheer(sweetened milk) recipe with vermicelli or seviyaan added to the milk during boiling. The roasted vermicelli are cooked with sugar, elaichi powder in the milk to prepare an awesome seviyan or vermicelli kheer. An unique sweet dish recipe to entice one and all.

250 gms rice vermicelli (seviyan) (pre roasted)
32 oz full cream milk
4 tbsp sugar
4 almonds (badam), grated
Method
- Boil milk with sugar in a heavy pan..
- Add pre-roasted rice vermicili and almonds after sugar desolves.
- Cook for 3 min till vermicili softens.
- Serve warm .
