Pasta and tomatoes are good friends. Milk, cheese and vegetables makes it appealing and creamy.
Milky Pasta recipe - How to make Milky Pasta

Makes 7 to 8 servings
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
To Garnish
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup toasted walnuts (akhrot)
Method
- Method
- Heat oil in a pan, ad the garlic, onions, capsicum, sweet corn and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the macaroni, milk, cheese, mix well and add salt, pepper, sugar and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and tomato puree, mix well and keep it for a minute.
- Serve hot garnished with cheese and walnuts.
- Serve with coffee.
