A simple recipe to prepare the popular accompaniment to any starter, pakoda, cutlet or bread spread, mint and coriander chutney. The mint and coriander leaves rte blended together with salt, lime juice and garlic and then can be refrigerated and used as desired.

2 cups coriander (dhania) leaves
1 cup mint leaves (phudina)
1 onion , chopped
3 green chillies
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) pulp
salt to taste

- Store in an airtight container or refrigerate for up to one week.
