Method

  1. Take the tofu and place it in a mirowave safe dish and cook on high for 1 min.mash the tofu and add the green chutney to this and mix.
  2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan,add the chopped tomato,saute for 2 min.
  3. Now add the tofu mixture and salt,mix for 2 min.
  4. Take a slice of bread place a spoonfull and spread it,place another slice and repeat to make 2 sandwiches
