1/2 cup pomegranate (anar)
1/2 cup papaya cubes
1/2 cup pear cubes
1/2 cup guava cubes
1/2 cup apple cubes
1/2 cup sweet lime (mosambi) segments
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
