Worthy of a celebration, the Mixed Fruits Orange and Ginger Punch is a grand glassful! It is a party -type drink that tickles your palate and delights your senses with its awesome taste and attractive looks.
Chopped fruits give the punch visual appeal, flavour and multiple textures, while orange crush gives it a cheery tanginess and ginger juice gives it a dash of spice.
Mint leaves and black salt give the drink a desi touch, and also help to highlight all the other flavours strongly. Serve this drink immediately after mixing with starters like Baby Corn Salt and Pepper , Broccoli and Potato Balls , Mini Chilli Cheese Naan , Corn Croquettes Mexican Bread Tartlets and Chinese Samosa . Makes 3 glasses
5 tbsp orange crush
1 tbsp ginger (adrak) juice
1/4 cup chopped pear
1/4 cup chopped apples
1/4 cup pomegranate (anar)
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
2 cups chilled soda
8 ice-cubes
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Pour in 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.
