Mugdal Vada recipe - How to make Mugdal Vada
Cooking Time: Total Time:
200 gms moong dal (split green gram)
4 to 5 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp coriander (dhania)
salt to taste , oil for frying
Method
- Take mugdal and add water in to it for 1 hour then grind it
- Add salt green chilies & dhaniya and mix the better.
- Heat the oil & make medium size vada.
- Serve hot with onion & sweet curd.
