Makes 1 cup
1 cup blanched green peas
1/4 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
1 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
To Garnish
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it well.
- Keep the consistency smooth.
- Adjust it using curd, oil and little water if required.
- Serve it fresh garnished with chilly powder while serving.
