besan (Bengal gram flour)
a pinch of baking soda
chilli powder
salt to taste
finely chopped spinach (palak)
leftover noodles
oil to deep fry
Method
- Blend leftover noodles roughly keep aside
- Mix all other ingredients to make pakoda batter
- Take a spoonful of noodles
- Dip in pakoda batter
- Deep fry in hot oil
