Sumptuous and delicious, this Noodle Soup is a unique milk-based soup loaded with veggies and boiled noodles. This soup gets its flavour from pepper and green chillies, and crunchiness from chopped spring onions. While milk imparts a creaminess, cheese adds to the richness of this soup.

  1. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the spring onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the milk, noodles, green chillies, cheese, salt, pepper and 2 cups of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve hot.
