2.left over veggies may be used.

Ingredients


4 left over Chapatis
4 tbsp mixed sprouts
4 tbsp sliced mixed vegetables (onions capsicum corriander leaves, tomatoes,carrots)
4 tsp tomato ketchup or Mint Chutney
8 tbsp Potato Vegetable (use left over veggies if available)
salt and pepper to taste

for the spiced potatoes
2 medium sized potatoes
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 pinch of garam masala
a dash of lemon juice
2 tbsp coriander (dhania) leaves

  1. Mash the boiled potatos
  2. In a pan mix all the ingredients and cook for 2-3 mins over medium heat.

To proceed:

  1. Apply tomato sauce or mint chutney to the rotis,
  2. Arrange 1tbsp of mixed vegetables,1 tbsp of sprouts,2 tbsp of spiced potatoes(left over veggies if available), and sprinkle some salt pepper and lime juice.
  3. Make a roll and cover in a foil.
