30 gms rice (chawal)
20 gms beetroot
20 gms spinach (palak)
5 gms mushrooms (khumbh)
10 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
5 gms peanuts
10 gms curds (dahi)
25 gms apples
5 gms oil
spices as required
Method
- Boil the rice
- Divide into three parts
- Add boiled beetroot to one part
- Add spinach to the othrr part
- Addcut and shallow fried panner to the part
- Add mushrooms onthe top(boiled musrooms where in the stem is cut and filled with apple- curd mix)
- Sprinkle roasted ground nuts on the top
