6 medium sized tomatoes
2 big sized red carrots
4 " piece of bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1 small beetroot
1 tsp cream or butter
3 tsp sugar
salt according to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Cut tomatoes,peeled carrots,bottlegourd and peeled beetroot into pieces and pressure cook.
- Take 3 whistles and let it cool.
- Blend and sieve.
- Put sugar, salt and black pepper.
- Boil for 3-4 mins and add cream or butter before serving.
