6 slices of brown bread
6 slices of white bread
1 cup coarsely powdered walnuts (akhrot)
1 1/2 cups chopped spring onions
1 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste
salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cheese spread (pepper)
Method
- Melt butter
- Add spring onions and soften.
- Remove from stove. cool.
- Add powdered walnut and salt
- Take slices of white bread.
- Apply mustard paste on each slice.
- Then put walnut mixture on top
- Take brown bread slices and apply cheese spread on each slice.
- Cover the white slices with the brown slices.
- Cut accordingly.
