Open Corn Sandwich recipe - How to make Open Corn Sandwich

1 packet slice bread
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
1 cup boiled and crushed corn
2 onions , finely chopped
3 to 4 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
4 tbsp grated cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cornflour
2 cups milk
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 tsp sugar
2 tomatoes, sliced
Method
- Heat butter.addonions and fry for 2 mins.add cornflour and stir for 1 min then add milk,salt pepper,chillies,ginger,chillisauce,boiled corns,crushed corns and stir tillthe mixture becomes thick.
- Grease baking dish and arrange bread slices over it. sprinkle a little milk over bread slices.put corn paste over bread slices. arrange tomato slices over it and put grated cheese over tomato slices.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 deg c for 20-25 mins. serve hot.
