300 ml chilled soda
2 scoops of Vanilla Ice-cream
60 ml orange squash
a dash of lemon juice
Method
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the base of 2 tall glasses.
- Mix together the orange & sour lime juice.
- Pour this mixture over the ice cream.
- Top with chilled soda & serve immediately.
