Makes 4 serving
200 gms chopped spinach (palak)
150 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
100 gms grated onions
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
2 tsp cornflour
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- combine the spinach and paneer in a bowl to make a mixture.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Make small balls of the mixture.
- Deep fry them till they become golden browm.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
