Ingredients

2 1/2 cups paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes , fried
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup minced onions
2 tsp minced ginger (adrak)
4 garlic (lehsun) cloves , minced
1 tbsp minced green chillies
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp almond cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad pan, add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté for 1 more minute..
  3. Add fried paneer cubes and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the white beans, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Add the milk mixed with the almond butter, mix well and boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
  6. When it becomes thick, add the curds and sour cream, mix well and cook till you have a nice thick gravy.
  7. Sprinkle with cardamom powder and serve hot.
