I keep trying different sauces with my favourite vanilla ice cream. This peach sauce gives a very unique flavour and enhances the taste of the ice cream. The sweet and tangy peach sauce with vanilla ice cream makes an amazing combo.
This is like peach stew on top of your vanilla ice cream. Just a lovely combo and the sweetness of the stew and the richness of the ice cream is a perfect dessert.
