250 gms plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
180 gms butter
90 gms sugar
50 gms milk powder
a few drops of vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
150 gms roasted and broken peanuts
Method
- Sieve the flour ,salt ,baking powder.
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Mix vanila essence and milk powder ,fold the maida,peanuts.
- Make small balls and bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degree for about 20 minutes.
