Cooking Time: Total Time:
2 eggs
1 large sized onion
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
1/4 cup peanuts, splitted and fried
Method
- Scramble the two eggs in a pan without using oil so that it is cooked thoroughly.
- Add salt and 1tsp pepper powder. keep aside.
- Chop the onions.
- Now take the chopped onions,peanuts,prepared scrambled egg,juice of one lemon,1 tsp pepper powder, salt to taste in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve as cocktail snack.
