Ingredients

1 cup roughly chopped wheat (gehun) grass
6 1/2 cups roughly chopped pineapple
6 to 8 sprigs of mint
3/4 cup crushed ice

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer, mix well and pour into 4 individual glasses. Serve chilled.

      4. Add xx water.
      5. Add 10 ice cubes. This chills the juice. You can add a few more if you want the juice thinner.
