if it is a little wet/runny right after you make it.just let it chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight ..
you can serve this on crispy salted biscuits or on toasted bread..

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 tsp chopped onions
1 (20 ounce) tin canned crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup lightly roasted and crushed walnuts (akhrot) or cashewnuts or peanuts
Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, and crushed pineapple.
- Divide the mixture in half and form two balls out of the mixture. roll each ball in the nuts. chill until ready to serve.
