Pineapple lassi is a nice variation to the popular and traditional yogurt-based drink (sweet or salted) which originated in the punjab region of the indian subcontinent. It is made by blending yoghurt with fresh pineapple juice or pulp and sugar to prepare a sweet creamy lip smacking pineapple lassi.

1/2 cup pineapple flavoured curds (dahi)
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 banana
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
cinnamon (dalchini) powder
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
- Serve chilled.
