some fresh strawberries
4 tbsp thick and fresh hung curds (dahi)
500 to 750 ml milk
2 tbsp Vanilla Ice-cream
crushed ice
1 tbsp sugar
Method
- Clean the strawberries & put in the blender.
- Add all the ingrediants.blend for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass.
- Garnish with mint leaf & cherry
