A simple stuffed parantha recipe with boiled dal as filling, Dal parantha is tasty and also a complete meal in itself. Leftover dal can also be used to prepare dal paranthas and served with raita as breakfast or evening snack.

Ingredients



3 cups plain flour (maida)
10g pkt instant dried yeast
1 and 1/4 cups boiling water
1 tsp salt
1 tbl butter
1 tbl sugar

Method

  1. 1. add yeast to sifted cake flour
  2. 2. add salt, sugar and butter to boiling water and cool.
  3. 3. mix together to form dough.
  4. 4. stand for 20 mins until double in volume.
  5. 5. place topping of choice and ready to bake.
