A simple stuffed parantha recipe with boiled dal as filling, Dal parantha is tasty and also a complete meal in itself. Leftover dal can also be used to prepare dal paranthas and served with raita as breakfast or evening snack.

3 cups plain flour (maida)
10g pkt instant dried yeast
1 and 1/4 cups boiling water
1 tsp salt
1 tbl butter
1 tbl sugar
Method
- 1. add yeast to sifted cake flour
- 2. add salt, sugar and butter to boiling water and cool.
- 3. mix together to form dough.
- 4. stand for 20 mins until double in volume.
- 5. place topping of choice and ready to bake.
