plum(aloo bukhara) 50gm
ginger juice 1tbsp
jeera roasted powder 1tsp
salt to taste
black pepper 1tsp
sugar or gur 2-3 tbsp
Method
- 1. dip aloo bukhara in hot water for 1\2 hour
- 2.mash aloobukhara and squeez juice
- 3.mix juice of ginger
- 4.mi roasted jeera powder
- 5.mix salt
- 6.mix pepper
- 7.mix gur or sugar and cook
- 8. when done thick sticky remove from fire
