Poha Carrot Pancakes are made with Poha/Grated Carrot/Grated Cucumber which are very easy to make and healthy as well.
This was made by myself and wanted to share with Tarla Madam.

  1. Wash the poha well and then add the water and curd together and allow to settle for 20 mins.
  2. Then add the besan,salt, grated carrot,grated cucumber, tomato paste (Made from the Tomatoes), green chillies, amchoor and a little oil and mix well to make a batter.
  3. Now heat the tawa and sprinkle oil or ghee and make small small pancakes and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve this with any pickle or chutney.
