- Select pomegranate of good variety.
- Pomegranate seeds are reddish and sweet.
- Cook rice till sticky in pressure cooker.
- Add milk and sugar.boil till thickening starts.or add sweet condensed milk.
- Stir steady in simmering flame.then add fresh pomegramte seeds.

Why sugar? One must restrict saturated fat, sugar, salt in our diet. If at all it is a dessert, hence sweet necessarily, I suggest jaggery (preferably organic, sulphur free).
