Basic pulao filled with the nutrition and goodness of protein from veggies. A very healthy option.
Protin Pulav recipe - How to make Protin Pulav

1 1/2 cups Steamed Rice
1 tsp yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)
1 tsp moong (whole green gram)
1 tsp kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1 tsp chana dal (split Bengal gram)
1 tsp rajma (kidney beans)
1 tsp moong dal (split green gram)
1 hara vatana (dried green peas)
100 gms coriander (dhania) leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 big sized onion
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Method
- Boil the rice,mug, mug dal, mug fotara dal, are mix togather and rasin for 5-6 hour.
- Kabuli chana, sada chana, rajama,dry mutter are mix togather and rasin for 5-6 hour.
- After rasin 5-6 hour all been mix togather and boil on cooker.
- In pan 1 tsp oil, ginger paste, lasun paste and chopped onion are mixed.
- After 1 min of cooking conriander leaves on pan and all beans in pan...salt to taste and garma masala power and mix it well.
- After that boil rice in pan and mix it well..
