chicken breast - 500 gms
pudina paste (mint)- 200 gms
coriander paste - 500 gms
4 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
red onions (diced)-500 gms
garam masala - to taste
dhaniya powder - 2 tbs
ginger paste 50 gms
green chillies 100gms
curd 500gms
Method
- Mix curd chilli,ginger paste & little garlic as a marinate mix,marinate the chicken for at least 2 hrs ,now heat the onions,ginger paste,garlic paste & garam masala till golden brown,now add the coriander & pudina paste & let it leave oil from the dish ,then fry chicken in a pan till well cooked ,then add all the cooked stuff ,dress the dish with g
