When it comes to pumpkin we all think it of a sweet vegetable served with puris but it can tempt you as well in the form of fritters also.

Pumpkin Fritters recipe - How to make Pumpkin Fritters

Ingredients

3/4 cup finely chopped pumpkin
3/4 cup boiled , peeled and chopped potatoes
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
1 green chilli , chopped
1 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients along with enough water, mix well and make a very thick and smooth batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and drop spoonfulls of batter and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  3. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with sweet curds.
