Ingredients


2-3 no Raw banana (depending on size)

1-2 no Onion (finely chopped)(medium)

3 no Green chili (finely chopped)

4 clove Garlic (finely minced)

½ inch Ginger (finely minced)

20 nos Spinach leaves(palak)

10 nos Curry leaves (finely chopped)

3 stks Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

3/4 tsp Red chili powder
Salt (or to taste)

2 cup Oil (for deep frying)

1 tsp Oil (for sauteing)
1/4 cup broken cashews

Method

  1. Wash, peel and cut the raw banana into big cubes. cook them covered with water, pinch of turmeric and salt, until soft (takes 8 to 10 minutes) or pressure cook upto one whistle. wash and finely chop the spinach leaves and keep aside. heat a tsp of oil in a pan and fry the onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic till translucent. add in the choppe
