Ingredients
8 bread slices

For the White side
1 cup boiled potato
1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels or 4 pieces of boiled baby corn
salt to taste

For the Red Side
1 tbsp butter
1 big sized onion, grated
2 tomatoes, grated (makes cooking easier)
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) (gives it a nice flavour- optional)
salt to taste
black peppercorns (kalimirch) to taste

Method
for the white side

    for the white side
  1. Mix 1 cup boiled with salt
  2. Heat a pan and add the sesame seeds till they pop & become golden brown and add it to potato
  3. Apply on one side of a bread slice. place cooked corn kernels/ slit piece of cooked babycorn. babycorn is usually a hit with kids.

for the red side

  1. Heat butter in pan and add ajwain and pepper
  2. Add grated onions- grating makes cooking easier and retains onions in a pieces-which may be lost if ground!!
  3. Once onions are cooked- raw smell goes away add the grated tomatoes
  4. Make a thick sauce and apply on the other slice of bread.
