  1. Fry rice lightly in ghee & keep aside
  2. Fry the dry fruits also in a similar manner
  3. Mix the dry fruits, rice & sugar
  4. Add crushed elaichi
  5. Add milk & cook on slow fire
  6. Till rice is done.
  7. Serve it either hot
  8. Or chill
