Rice Veg Cutlets, this recipe is made out of freshly cooked rice, but this easy and tasty dish can also be made in a jiffy with leftover rice.
Enjoy these crispy cutlets with a sprinkling of chaat masala. Serve with chutney and ketchup.

Makes 4 serving
1 cup cooked rice (chawal)
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp grated carrot
1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 green chillies
1 bread slice , crumbled
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. chilli powder
1/4 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tsp plain flour (maida)
oil for deep frying

- Method
- Roughly grind all the ingredients in the mixer.
- Make balls and flatten them and deep fry till golden brown in color.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on fried cutlets and serve with chutney of your choice or ketchup.
