Rock toast recipe - How to make Rock toast
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1. Bread slices cut round - 8
2. Fresh cream - 200 gms
3. Suzi - 3tbsp
4. Onion chopped - 1 medium
5. Tomato chopped - 1 medium
6. Capsicum chopped - 1
7. Salt to taste
8. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Oil - 4tsp
Method
- 1. combine the fresh cream, onion, tomato, capsicum, salt, pepper and suzi in a bowl and mix properly.
- 2. apply this mixture on one side of the bread.
- 3. pour a little oil on a tawa.
- 4. put the bread on the tawa on a medium heat. apply the mixture on the other side of the bread and cook both th sides until brown.
- 5. serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
