Makes 6 to 8 pieces
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/2 cup plain flour (maida)
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 cup vegetable stock
120 gms cheddar cheese
40 gms of plain cheese spread
1 egg , beaten
4 tbsp oil
Method
- Method
- Combine the whole wheat flour, plain flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the egg and oil and mix well so that no lumps remain.
- Add the cheese and cheese spread, vegetable stock and 1 1/2 cups of water and mix well till the mixture becomes soft and supple.
- Divide the mixture into a equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 5" diameter.
- Heat a non-stick tava and cook each roti using little oil, till golden brown spots appear in both the sides.
- Serve hot with mango pickle.

its nice, cheesy and spicy i tried and really love it, some time for lunch and dinner instead of having plain rotizz il prefer this.
