Delicious chocolate-coated biscuits are sandwiched with vanilla ice-cream, to make a treat that is equally irresistible for kids and adults! The Sandwich Ice-Cream is then decorated with whole strawberries and cream, which looks quite pretty, like dear Santa’s cap. This decoration is ideal for Christmas time, and also tastes fab because the tanginess of strawberries combines superbly with the dark chocolate flavour. You may also serve the Sandwich Ice-Cream without these toppings.

Home made sandwich ice cream and not store bought was a superb idea by tarla dalal. So easy to make. The crunch of chocolate biscuit and the creamy ice cream sandwiched in between just a waoow idea.
