Makes 2 servings
1 cup boiled and mashed sweet potato (shakarkand)
1/2 cup boiled moong (whole green gram)
1/2 cup chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 capsicum , chopped
1 tbsp chopped green garlic (hara lehsun)
1/4 cup low-fat milk
salt to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped celery
Method
- Method
- Spread the tomatoes, capsicum, fenugreek leaves, moong, green garlic, celery, salt, pepper and sweet potatoes on a greased baking dish.
- Pour the milk on top and bake in a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with carrot and cumin seeds powder.
