Schezuan Macaroni Snack recipe - How to make Schezuan Macaroni Snack

1 cup macaroni
6 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tbsp schezuan sauce
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
salt to taste
1 tbsp cornflour
3/4 cup water
oil for deep frying
chaat masala to sprinkle

- Method
- Boil macaroni pasta then drain all water.
- For batter, combine the gram flour, schezuan sauce, dry fenugreek leaves, cornflour, salt( if required) together and make thick batter.
- Add boiled macaroni and ensuring the batter coats the macaroni evenly.
- Heat oil and deep fry macaroni till golden and crispy.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
