Sesame Green Beans recipe - How to make Sesame Green Beans

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1 cup fresh green beans , cut into 2 inch pieces
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp curds (dahi)
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a large kadhai over medium heat.
  2. Add sesame seeds. When seeds start to darken, stir in green beans.
  3. Cook, stirring, until the beans turn bright green.
  4. Add the curds and mix well.
  5. Add the salt and pepper, mix well and over and cook until beans are tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
  6. Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates.
