Seyal paav presents an awesome snack recipe with the pavs or Indian breads dipped in a spicy mixture comprising of ground masalas and chopped tomatoes.
Seyal Paav recipe - How to make Seyal Paav
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 bunch of coriander (dhania) leaves
4 green chillies
8 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 medium sized tomatoes
8 ladi pavs
1 tsp oil
Method
- Wash n cut the corriander leaves,chillies,tomatoes and garlic , now griend all these coursly
- Take a pan put oil in it and let it get hot put this ground masala in it add the dry masala n salt as per taste n let is fry on medium heat till the oil comeson the top , now add 1 cup of water to it n then dip the pav in it n let it be made for few min till the water dries .
- Serve it hot.
